Cookies Policy

Version 3.1 · Effective July 13, 2026 · Updated July 13, 2026

1. Scope

This Cookies Policy explains how ZenythPay, Inc. (“ZenythPay”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with its website (the “Site”), merchant dashboard, mobile applications, APIs, payment links, virtual terminal, and related services (herein collectively the “Services”), except where a separate product-specific or jurisdiction-specific notice applies. This Cookies Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, any data processing, merchant, or regional privacy terms that govern your use of the Services.www.zenythpay.com

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device and may include first-party cookies set by ZenythPay and third-party cookies set by service providers or other authorized third parties. ZenythPay may also use pixels, web beacons, tags, software development kits (SDKs), local storage, session storage, device identifiers, server-side tracking, API logging, and similar technologies to operate, secure, maintain, personalize, analyze, and improve the Services, subject to applicable consent or opt-out requirements for non-essential technologies.

3. Why We Use Cookies

Cookies help authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, detect fraud, prevent abuse, remember user preferences, improve website performance, measure and analyze usage where implemented, and support compliance with sponsor-bank, payment network, and legal obligations.

4. Cookie Categories

ZenythPay uses or may use the categories summarized below. Advertising technologies are not enabled unless the required disclosures, consent mechanisms, and applicable opt-out rights have been implemented, including any required opt-in consent in jurisdictions that require consent before accessing or storing non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

5. Information Collected

Examples of information collected include IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, language, screen resolution, referring URLs, pages visited, timestamps, session identifiers, clickstream information, performance metrics, cookie or device identifiers, and error reports. Cookies are not intentionally used to collect or store full payment card numbers or CVV values, and ZenythPay configures its Services to avoid storing sensitive payment authentication data in cookies or similar browser-based technologies.

6. Third-Party Technologies

ZenythPay currently uses or may use technologies provided by service providers such as Cloudflare, Google, NMI, Intercom, and Twilio, and such providers may process cookie-related information on ZenythPay’s behalf or as otherwise described in their own notices, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements. Google Analytics may be used where implemented, and ZenythPay may enable privacy-protective settings such as IP masking, restricted data sharing, or similar controls where required or appropriate. Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Mixpanel, and Amplitude may be implemented in the future only after legally required notices and consent mechanisms are operational.

7. Consent and Your Choices

Where required by applicable law, ZenythPay will provide a cookie banner or preference center for non-essential cookies and will not use non-essential cookies that require prior consent until such consent has been obtained. Consent may be withdrawn through available preference tools, and withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal. Users may also manage cookies through browser settings, device settings, platform controls, and, where applicable, industry opt-out tools made available by participating advertising or analytics providers. Blocking certain cookies may impair website functionality.

8. California Privacy Rights

Where applicable, certain advertising technologies may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law or targeted advertising, sale, or sharing under other U.S. state privacy laws. If such technologies are enabled, ZenythPay will provide any legally required “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” “Your Privacy Choices,” or equivalent mechanism and honor Global Privacy Control or other applicable universal opt-out mechanisms to the extent required by applicable law.

9. Security and Retention

Cookies support secure authentication, fraud prevention, account protection, abuse detection, audit logging, and compliance monitoring. Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their configured expiration date, earlier deletion by the user, or earlier deletion or expiration by ZenythPay or the applicable third-party provider.

10. Changes and Contact

ZenythPay may update this Policy to reflect legal, operational, or technological changes, including changes to the cookies, similar technologies, providers, purposes, or jurisdictions covered by this Policy. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date or other notice where required by applicable law. Questions or privacy rights requests relating to cookies and similar technologies may be directed to privacy@zenythpay.com, and ZenythPay may take reasonable steps to verify and process such requests as required by applicable law.
